Review:

"Wait for me. Please wait for me." It's been almost a year since Kara whispered these words to Bedwyr as she faded back into her own world. Now, Bedwyr is betrothed to marry someone else while still pining for his lost love. On the other hand, Kara had never forgotten her promise to her Celtic warrior. As she and her twin brother Carl open the window to another world yet again, exciting and unexpected adventures await them.

In her sequel novel to Outside Time, author Cathy Miller chronicles the continuing adventures of twin siblings Carl and Kara. Although I may well be considered a voracious reader, my exposure to fantasy books is very limited. Yet, while reading Regardless Of Time, I humbly understood what I have been missing all these years.

With the use of vivid descriptions, good imagery, well developed characters, and plot twists, the author succeeds in transporting the reader to another dimension. Although the setting takes place during the time of knights and warriors, scenes describing the aftermath of a battle were not so gruesome. And though I would have wanted more dialogue and interaction between the two main characters, Bedwyr and Kara, the love that they share is evident in the story.

All in all, Regardless Of Time is a good read. Young adults and older readers will certainly enjoy this novel. If you are a keen reader of romance, as I am, this book is an unexpected treat. The ending leaves you wondering . . . will there be a third book?

I hope so.
