Review:

Miki Kendrick was convinced she'd never get married. She just didn't figure any man would ever be that important to her. Lord knew sex wasn't a big deal. At least not with the men she knew. That's why she had "Mr. Happy," her favorite vibrator. But her best friends, Sara and Angelina, knew she needed a man. And not just any man would do. Only Conall was the perfect choice for their Miki. The two had met six months earlier at a rave defending Sara, who was Conall's pack's Alpha female. Now they just had to convince Miki.

Conall Viga-Feilan was a shape shifter. In the blink of an eye he could shift from gorgeous male to beautiful wolf. He had been instantly attracted to Miki when they met. So attracted that he hadn't been able to get her out of his mind in the last six months. And taking cold showers several times daily was really starting to frustrate him! When Miki came to stay with the pack for a visit, Conall just knew he had to have her. For one thing, she didn't put up with anything from him. That was impossible to find in any of the women he knew except for Sara. And it didn't hurt that he found everything about her incredibly sexy.

After Miki was attacked outside a club, Conall wouldn't let her out of his sight. He went with her when she had to be out of town for the week. That was definitely a week of discoveries--for both of them. Conall discovered that hyenas were out to destroy his pack, and Miki discovered that at some point between the arguments and the spectacular sex she had fallen in love with a wolf. When Miki helped defeat the clan of hyenas that attacked them, she unknowingly proved all she needed to prove to Conall--she was his mate. And he was hers.

GO FETCH was incredible! Full of sexual tension, the words practically sizzled on the pages! The primal animal in Conall was devastatingly sexy. The blend of fearlessness, recklessness, intelligence, and blatant sex appeal that was Miki was the perfect mate for him. Shelly Laurenston created the ideal blend of eroticism and romance, unusual and extraordinary with this novel.

GO FETCH is one of those stories that at first glance you can't imagine believing in. The idea that there could be an entire sub-society of shape shifters was intriguing, to say the least. To find them so full of lethal sex appeal was unexpected. Ms. Laurenston has done what every author strives to do--she made a believer of the unbelievable out of the reader. I can't wait to read more from her!
